I might wear a costume-hoodie. Maybe not a Star Wars one, given the 501st will be there. It has a tendency to get hot in the museum (by my body thermostat, anyway) and I've suffered in a costume there before.

I have the arrival/parking/etc info from the museum. Please see below. Note, our area is inside. If you're bringing kids, and did not get tickets for them, it sounds like they'll be able to do the inside the museum activities, but not outdoor.
We are allowed to enter and setup as early as 8am. I plan to arrive between 9 and 9:30, as I have a long drive to get there. I'm just bringing a few small things to fill gaps in the display.
The "Brick pit" area for the play brick is marked as number one on the interior map. Our display area is number 2.

Hi folks!
We are go for Air and Scare again this year. It is Sat Oct 29. 10am – 3 pm.
We will be set up inside the museum this year (the event is hybrid indoor/outdoor). The museum requests that we limit our display models to halloween or museum related topics (basically what they said last year, too).
The museum also requests that we bring back the brick pit.
Please let me know if you plan to attend. If so, please let me know what you intend to display (approximately), about how much space it needs, and if you intend to stay for the full duration. Also, if you'll be attending and have club brick, please let me
know, and let me know if you can bring it to the event.
Related, the museum is also looking for volunteers to help out with various other activities that day. If anyone is interested in doing that, let me know, and I'll get you more info.
Thanks!

Hi Tom, I was able to get you added to the volunteer list for the museum, so you'll be able to enter and help out. From what others have said they're bringing, I expect our space to be very tight, but hopefully we'll be able to squeeze a little of your stuff into the display. More eyes on the play brick is also always a help, so I'm glad we'll have you.

It is definitely too late to get more display space at the museum, and we are looking likely to be tight on space. I'm not sure if it's too late to add you to the list to get in the museum back entrance/parking, but I will ask.
Can I still come and participate? I only plan to bring as much as would fit in front of my chair.

I have you and Evan marked down as needing a table shared between you two.
I'm bringing my kids, they'll definitely be in costume. I'll probably be wearing a "costume" hoodie, until it gets hot and then it'll just be tshirt and regular pants.
I'll be bringing planes too - G.I.Joe/Cobra stuff. I had the impression that Evan and I were going to share a table, but we both need to leave a little early.
I can just display as many planes as we have space for.
Is everyone else dressing up, Halloween style?
Magnus
Will update. Hopefully it's doable. Thanks!
I think Magnus and I will need about a whole table, if possible
-Evan
I'm bringing my jack o lantern. It's about as big as a 48x48 baseplate.
Jason

Is that GBC footprint overlapping with Ralph's GBC footprint, or completely separate?
You can count me in for 3/4 table of Halloween GBC and 1/4 table of old-fashioned plane models

Is that GBC footprint overlapping with Ralph's GBC footprint, or completely separate?
You can count me in for 3/4 table of Halloween GBC and 1/4 table of old-fashioned plane models
Hi folks,
I'm trying to pull together a full list of attendee/volunteers, what they're planning to bring, and their table space needs. This is merged between here and Discord. Please let me know if I've missed you, or gotten something wrong about your contribution.
Thanks!

Thanks!
