If the eWallet update was not successful, (i.e. if they provided an incorrect card number), they will be asked to contact us if they'd like to rectify this. However, they will be advised that they still receive an email invitation as proof of their eligibility for AFOL Appreciation Day promotions. |

Those are a killer. "The club has always been about participating in meetings and in-person activities. The mailing list exists only to help coordinate the in-person meetings. The number of people on the WAMALUG mailing list is not a direct reflection of the actual membership." From our "Club" page, ultimately from the 7436th message to the (Yahoo!) mailing list by Kevin Loch back in 2001. We have since then expanded the meaning of meetings to include the monthly in-person meetings and the monthly video conferences. Today, I have had requests from people who have never attended a monthly meeting of either kind, I have ignored those emails. Constantine |

Hello, I joined in January and attended 1 online meeting. I am hoping to be more active however, we just moved here at the end of 2022 and currently I have a previous engagement on Sundays at noon that make attendance difficult. I live in Hyattsville with 3 kids in various activities, which make Saturdays hard to plan ahead. However, we all have tomorrow off and I would like to attend both the wamalug and the Afol with at least 1 of my kids if it is still possible to be approved. ( I just registered.) Thank you for considering.
